Learn to create a delicious and healthy Asian Classic Moo Goo Gai Pan. This hands-on class will guide you through the process of prepping fresh vegetables, marinating tender chicken, and mastering the savory white sauce that makes this classic dish a favorite. We'll focus on simple techniques and quality ingredients, perfect for any home cook. Chef Mike will then serve the flavorful creation at the end of class!

The class will be held Thursday April 17th at 6:00pm.   The cost is $40 for nonmembers and $30 for members.  The class will fill up fast so please contact the Food Coop at (518) 558-1414.
